As CEO of StepRite Event Planning Janeide A. Chillis was living her vision and enjoying a lifestyle of exhilarating challenges and financial independence while fulfilling her client’s dreams. With more than fifteen (15) years experience, she brought the pieces together for elaborate affairs for both family and corporate events with a touch of class and professionalism.
She has honed her innate quality of being a good listener and identifying with people which is revealed in her commitment and service in her community and at her family church, Canaan Baptist Church. Janeide still finds the time during her recovery to lead her team of event planners at StepRite Event Planning, StepRite Youth Leadership Foundation and Mary Kay.
Certified Bridal Consultant (Penn Foster) 2005. Active boards and associations include the American Bridal Corporation (“ABC”) and National Notary Association (“NNA”). Small Business Management (Penn Foster) 2008. Licensed Mortgage Consultant 2005, Traumatic Brain Injury Mentor 2008, and Irvington Board of Council.
Janeide shares her life with a her husband, Kevin, (2) two wonderful daughters,Jih-Naya and Jamaiyah. (4) four grandchildren, Ay’Yanah, Janeirah, Ty’Jon, and JaiLynn. Janeide and her husband who she is partner with in other business ventures are definitely a team. They take pride in promoting improved health through a partnership with the Xango along with many other professional business ventures.
